1.Participating in a PLN (personal learning network) and becoming part of a learning community makes me feel important. It is amazing to see how technology has advanced in such an expeditious manner that includes so many aspects of our lives. We must take part in it, it is the future which has became the present, and it is here whether we like it or not. I learn a lot from looking at the other members' projects and postings and I am looking forward to start commenting using the proper etiquette and professionalism.
2.The commenting advice that stayed with me the most is the one that says to "Remember the power of words". We can criticize but never be sarcastic or personally attack a person. I have to appreciate the Project Manager and Viking and my other friends for the great comments so far.

You are so correct in stating that we must take part in technology. We will be hard pressed to keep up with our students when they get their little hands on all this stuff, much less stay one step ahead of them!
ReplyDeleteI love and value learning from others and I think that blogging and creating a PLN is a great way to do it. I also agree about the importance of keeping up with technology!
